Senior Vice President Operations

I consider myself most fortunate to be involved with this highly creative and forward thinking organization. Besides, the folks here keep me on my toes!

It is my role to plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of our company. My duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations and human resources. I coordinate the facilitation of interdepartmental communication and the allocation of tasks and resources as required.

I gained a bevy of practical experience through my work in non-profit Sport Administration, and through founding and operating a Private Special Education School in Toronto which operated for 11 years.

I am thoroughly enjoying learning about the Land, Development, Project Management and Construction business through my interaction with our staff at the office and at the various sites. There is always something new to learn - an opportunity to explore - a challenge to meet.

Having varied interests is one of the great opportunities in life. Family and friends are most important to me. I find inspiration in travel, reading, music, cooking, and gardening.

I value the cultural advantages that Toronto offers. I cherish the Toronto Symphony, our many museums, and of course the theatre options in this wonderful city and beyond.

I believe in helping others and in making a difference in our communities and the world.

There are many worthwhile causes within our communities and we all need to consider how we can contribute in small or larger ways to the betterment of everyone - young and older.

Thinking ahead is one of my favourite activities. Thinking outside of the box is another. Celebrating the good stuff in life is imperative! Smiling is essential!
